Submission and Registration

Abstracts

Abstract submissions for our conference, May 31-June 1, 2024, are invited from November 29, 2023 to February 29, 2024.

Individual Papers

Paper presentations discussing original contributions made by one or more authors, all of which are presented within a thirty-minute time slot. This period allows for a 20-minute presentation and a subsequent 10-minute discussion.

Abstract proposals are open for submission to the Conference Scientific Committee. You can submit an abstract with a word limit of 250-300 words for review. If your abstract is based on an empirical study, it should cover research objectives, a concise method summary, findings, and practical implications. Non-research abstracts should clearly highlight their implications for practical applications. Following the review, abstracts will be considered for oral presentations. Each author has the option to submit a maximum of two abstracts. All correspondence will be directed to the corresponding author, who should then relay information to their co-authors regarding subsequent steps and procedures. The deadline for abstract submission is February 29, 2024.

Submission Policies

  1. Number of submissions
Individuals may submit a maximum of two abstracts as a single/first author for a paper presentation.
  2. Language of the proposal and presentation
Abstracts for individual papers shall be submitted and presented in English.
  3. Ensure anonymity of the proposal submitter(s)
All types of presentation proposals will undergo a rigorous double-anonymous peer review process. To reduce potential reviewer bias and enhance fairness, we kindly request that you refrain from mentions of your prior work revealing personal or co-author information, such as explicit self-references like, “In a prior study, we (YOURNAME, date).”

Registration Upon Acceptance Policies

Upon acceptance of your proposal, you will be required to complete conference registration to confirm your inclusion in the program. Please ensure you register by the specified date to secure your session slot.

In the case of accepted proposals with multiple authors, it is strongly recommended, though not mandatory, for all authors to register, participate in the conference, and jointly present their collaborative research. However, for each accepted presentation with multiple authors, at least one author is required to register and present.

If accepted presenters are aware that they will not be able to attend the conference, we kindly request that they promptly withdraw their proposals to make room for another presenter in the program.
